How to Configure Category-Specific Rewards
Follow these step-by-step instructions to set up category-specific points in your loyalty program:
1. Access Your Loyalty Program Settings
Log in to your SiteVibes dashboard
Click on Loyalty in the left navigation menu
Select Programs from the submenu
Click on Member Tiers
Select the tier you want to modify (e.g., Gold)
2. Configure Ways to Earn Points
Click on the WAYS TO EARN tab
Locate and click on Place an Order in the ONLINE STORE section
You'll see the points configuration screen
3. Set Up Category-Specific Rewards
Enter the reward value in the Points earned for every $1 spent field (this can be points or a dollar amount, depending on your program configuration)
Toggle on the Award points only for products from specific categories option
Click the Search for category dropdown
Select the categories you want to include (e.g., Perfume)
You can add multiple categories as needed
Complete any additional settings as required
Click Update to save your changes
