Lightspeed POS Integration Guide

This guide walks you through integrating Lightspeed POS with SiteVibes to enable loyalty point redemption directly within the register interface.

Step 1: Create a Lightspeed API Client

1. Visit the Lightspeed API registration page:
    https://cloud.lightspeedapp.com/oauth/register.php
   
   

2. Fill out the registration form.
   
   

3. Set the Redirect URL to:
    https://app.sitevibes.com/pos/lightspeed
   
   

4. After submitting, copy the generated Client ID and Client Secret.
   
   

Step 2: Locate Your Lightspeed Account ID

1. In your Lightspeed POS account, go to:
    Settings > General > General Options
   
   

2. Copy your Account ID from this page.
   
   

Step 3: Configure SiteVibes Integration

1. Log in to your SiteVibes dashboard.
   
   

2. Navigate to:
    Settings > Integrations > Lightspeed
   
   

3. Enter the following details:
   
   

   • Account ID
     
     

   • Client ID
     
     

   • Client Secret
     
     

Step 4: Add Redeem Button in Lightspeed POS

1. In Lightspeed POS, go to:
    Settings > Advanced Setup > Customer Menus
   
   

2. Under Register: Sale Tab, locate the "Add New Button" section.
   
   

3. Enter the following:
   
   

   • Title: Redeem Points
     
     

   • Type: Open Web Page
     
     

4. Click Add Button to Menu.
   
   

5. After adding, edit the button and set the URL to:
    https://app.sitevibes.com/pos/lightspeed
   
   

Once completed, your Lightspeed POS system will be connected to SiteVibes, allowing in-store customers to redeem loyalty points directly at checkout.
