Connection credentials

On the SiteVibes main application, click on Settings > Integrations and select Dotdigital.

Enter the API login credentials:

Click on Update Credentials to save.

Select the contact list

The SiteVibes application copies loyalty and referral data from SiteVibes into Dotdigital contact lists.  Existing contact lists should appear on the contact list options.  Loyalty points and tier data is copied into the list selected for Loyalty Contact List and referrals data is copied into the list selected for Referrrals Contact List.  You can also create a new list by selecting create new list and providing a new list name on the popup.

Click on Update List Settings to save.

Monitor Data Update Events

You can view the state of data update jobs under the events tab.

Click on any row to view details of each log entry.

Easy Editor Template

The SiteVibes integration creates a template block on Easy Editor that can be used to display the customer’s total loyalty points and tier.
